WHEN IS WOMEN'S FEST 2023?
Women's FEST is April 27 - 30, 2023.
WHERE CAN I BOOK LODGING FOR THE WEEKEND?
Women's FEST host hotel The Atlantic Sands is already booked for the weekend of April 27 - 30, 2023. However, you can get discounted room rates at FEST partner The Breakers during FEST weekend April 27-30. You must call 302-227-6688 and mention Women’s FEST at the time of booking to receive the discount. Online reservations are not eligible for the discounted rate.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THIS YEAR'S FEST PASS?
This year's FEST Pass will include a FEST t-shirt, admission to the the Friday headliner, and admission to the Saturday night dance. All other ticketed events must be purchased a la carte. Please see the full schedule or ticketed events tab for more information.
WHEN WILL FEST TICKETS GO ON SALE?
- FEST Passes, FEST Sports, and all ticketed events will be available to purchase in late February. CAMP Rehoboth members will have exclusive first notice on when tickets are on-sale. To become a CAMP Rehoboth member, join at https://camp-rehoboth.myshopify.com/collections/annual-membership-packages.
- FEST Expo spots are available to purchase on Monday, March 6.

WHEN CAN I PICK UP FEST PASSES?
- Wednesday, April 26, 2023 - 12-3pm at the Rehoboth Beach Convention Center
- Thursday, April 27, 2023 - 12-3pm and 7-10pm at the Rehoboth Beach Convention Center
- Friday, April 28, 2023 - 10am-3pm and 7pm-10pm at the Rehoboth Beach Convention Center
- Saturday, April 29, 2023 - 9am-3pm and 7pm-9pm at the Rehoboth Beach Convention Center
WHEN CAN I PICK UP INDIVIDUAL TICKETS?
Please note there are no pick-ups for individual tickets. Your order confirmation / receipt sent to your email will act as your ticket. Please print out this receipt or show it on your phone at the registration tables for your event(s). If you do not believe you have the order confirmation / receipt, please email info@camprehoboth.com.
CAN I REQUEST A REUNFD?
Refund requests must be emailed to info@camprehoboth.com before the end-of-business on Wednesday, April 19. After that, all ticket sales are final. Can't make it? Be sweet and give it to a friend.
