HOW DO I PURCHASE A TICKET?

There aren’t traditional tickets this year. We are asking our devoted fans to pledge their support for Sundance and for CAMP Rehoboth through a Host, Supporter, or Sponsor donation, even though there won’t be a usual Sundance this year. When you pledge you will receive updates and perks and an invitation to join us for activities scheduled for the week preceding Labor Day weekend, including an online auction, Kickoff, and culminating in a virtual End of Auction Sundance Experience. "Free Tickets" add you to all of the email lists.

WHO'S INVITED TO THE SUNDANCE EXPERIENCE?

We are so grateful to all of our CAMP Rehoboth fans. All Hosts, Supporters, and Sponsors (and your guests) will receive invitations to our week-long Sundance leading up to the End of Auction Sundance Experience—Each Host receives an invitation for one (couples get two), Supporters receive an invitation for three, and Sponsors receive an invitation for four. We will want the names and mobile phone numbers for all guests so that they can fully enjoy the auction and event. If you don’t have this information now, no worries! We will be cycling back through our list in advance so everyone is properly registered. You can invite as many people as you want, just have them register for a Free Ticket and they will be in the loop.

HOW DO I GET MY T-SHIRT?

You will have the option this year to have your t-shirts shipped to you in late August for only $10. Just select the sizes and number of t-shirts based on your pledge level. There is only going to be one style of shirt this year so you don’t need to make any other decisions! If you feel comfortable coming into the office, we will have t-shirts starting August 22. Change your mind and want to have them shipped? No problem! Just go to the BECOME A HOST, SUPPORTER, OR SPONSOR page and choose "Please Ship My T-shirt" to add to your order,

IS MY PLEDGE TAX-DEDUCTIBLE?

Your donation to Sundance 2020—Rainbow XXXIII: United in Love is tax-deductible to the fullest extent of the law. All host levels will receive a tax receipt from CAMP Rehoboth with the tax-deductible amount for your accounting purposes.

HOW AUCTION BIDDING WORKS

There is no app to install. Bidding notifications are sent via text message, and bidding takes place in your computer, tablet, or phone’s browser. You can set maximum and minimum bids and request notifications when you get outbid. More information on this will be sent in advance of the End of Auction Sundance Experience.
